JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 21-01-2016 The relief which the petitioner is looking for cannot be granted beyond what this Court has held after detailed consideration of identical issue in the case of Dimple Kumari & Ors. which was CWJC No.17287 of 2014 decided on 25.03.2015.

The facts being what they are. The maximum which this Court can do is to allow this petitioner to sit for any special examination which the University may take in this regard to prove his actual merit by performing in the examination and go by the actual performance and evaluation in the said examination. No other relief over and above what has been indicated in the said writ application of
