The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Dehri P.S. Case No.598 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 379, 427, 384 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the allegation that the petitioners after entering into the godown of the gas agency of the informant, assaulted and abused the employees and demanded Rs.50,000/- as Rangdari, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail.
