2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, one SBBL gun has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that this petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case merely on suspicion. As a matter of fact, the petitioner found the gun kept over bricks and himself produced the same before police.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29648 of 2024(3) dt.16-07-2024 2/2 and submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and gun has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Moreover, the petitioner has also got three criminal antecedents.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, recovery of gun from the possession of this petitioner and criminal antecedents, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected.
