JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-05-2019 Though the matter has been listed with certain defects, pointed out by the Stamp Reporter, keeping in mind the nature of the dispute involved and the materials on record, I have proceeded to hear the matter and dispose it of on merits, after hearing learned counsel for the parties. The petitioner has a grievance against the determination of the amount of compensation against acquisition of his land under the provisions of the National Highways Act, 1956(for short 'the Act of 1956'). For the relief, which the petitioner has sought in the present writ application, there is statutory remedy provided under Section 3-G(5) of the Act of 1956.
