2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Dalsingsarai P.S. Case No. 352 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8, 20(b)(ii)(c) and 25 of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, on search of a Rest House, three male and one female were apprehended. They disclosed their names as Shivehandra Giri, Sujeet Kumar, Dolly Dey and Sapan Kumar. It is further alleged that in course of search of a room of the said Rest House, a total of 31.705 Kgs Ganja in 16 closed packets have been recovered.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioners, who are women and the fact that similarly situated co-accused Sujeet Kumar has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 28.05.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 15364 of 2025, this application is allowed.

5. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Samastipur in connection with Dalsingsarai P.S. Case No. 352 of 2024, subject to the condition that both the bailors should be the blood relative of the petitioners.

6. At the time of furnishing bail bonds, the criminal antecedent of the petitioners shall be verified.

7. The Court below will call for the antecedent report from the Superintendent of Police, South Dinazpur Police Station, West Bengal, before accepting the bail bonds. If it is found that the petitioners are having antecedent, their bail bonds shall not be accepted and if it is found that the petitioners have clean antecedent, their bail bonds shall be accepted.

8. The petitioners will also mark attendance in South Dinazpur Police Station, District-West Bengal on every Sunday
