JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-05-2019 Though, this application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioners for quashing the first information report of Kishanganj P.S. Case No.353 of 2017 registered under Section 306 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that during pendency of the writ petition the police have already submitted final form holding the petitioners to be innocent. He submitted that in view of the subsequent development, the application has become infructuous.
