JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-01-2015 The petitioner claims to be a Public spirited person. He submits that 3 acres 85 decimals of land over plot no.5 and 6 acres 56 decimals of land over Survey plot no. 256 situated in village- Champapur, Mauza- Champapur, P.S.- Bakhtiyarpur, District- Patna is being used as Charagah for children. He submits that as the public at large is using the stretch of areas, the respondents should not apportion any part of area for "Kabristan", which may interfere with their peaceful use.

In view of the nature of relief sought for in this writ application, the same is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Collector of the District. In case, if any, such representation is filed, the same would be disposed of by a speaking order within a period of three months from the date of its
