JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 24-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahsi P.S. Case No. 150 of 2015 registered under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that daughter of informant, Ranju Kumari, was kidnapped by the petitioner and three others named in the F.I.R.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there was love affair between the daughter of informant and petitioner due to that reason daughter of informant has performed the marriage with this petitioner and leading conjugal live happily. It

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33330 of 2016 (2) dt.24-08-2016 is further submitted that the daughter informant has filed compromise petition on 14.06.2016 in the court of A.C.J.M.-VI, Motihari, East Champaran with contention that she has already performed the marriage with this petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M-VI, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Mehsi P.S. Case No. 150 of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
