The petitioner is in custody in connection with Barhat P.S. Case No. 125 of 2018 for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in loot of Bank. Leaned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was not named in the FIR and his name surfaced on the confessional statement. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner is in custody since 28.11.2018, but as yet he has not been put on T.I.P.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for nearly five months, the Court is inclined to grant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25634 of 2019(2) dt.22-04-2019 2/2 bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, in connection with Barhat P.S. Case No. 125 of 2018, subject to conditions that both bailors should be family members of the petitioner.
