For direction upon the respondent authorities in general and respondent no. 2 in particular to get an order dated 18.12.2020 passed by the respondent no. 3 in Grievance Registration No. 820010062003023 implemented forthwith.

ii. For direction upon the respondent no. 2 to consider and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law upon the representations of the petitioner for CONFIRMATION of SERVICES w.e.f. 09.02.2012 with all

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 2 i.e. the Secretary, Co-operative Department, Govt. of Bihar, Patna for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the respondent no. 2 by filing appropriate representation, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
