The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 364, 120(B) and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per allegation the marriage of Mustaquim was solemnized with Azmeri Khatoon alias Ashmeri Khatoon on 21.5.2012 and whereafter accused persons have extended the offer that if the son will go along with him he will be able to earn the livelihood but when they have returned they asked
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41017 of 2017 (2) dt.22-09-2017 whereabout his son. They did not give details of his son. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it is a counter blast of the case which he has filed against the complainant under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and as such the whole story is concocted story.
Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let aforementioned petitioners be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Kurhani (Fakuli O.P) P.S. Case No.145 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
