Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 35 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 272, 273, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. There is no recovery from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is not the owner of the motorcycle in question. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is in custody since 10.03.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the
