JUSTICE CHANDRA SHEKHAR JHA ORAL ORDER 24-04-2026 The present modification petition preferred by the petitioner as to correct the typographical error in paragraph '6' of order dated 12.01.2026 as passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33861 of 2025, through which petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court.

2. It is pointed out that in fact Kanti P.S. Case No. 990 of 2024 is not pending against the petitioner rather it is Kanti P.S. Case No. 462 of 2017, therefore, the aforesaid typographical error be corrected.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, "Kanti P.S. Case No. 990 of 2024" be read as "Kanti P.S. Case No. 462 of 2017".

4. The aforesaid correction be treated as part of order dated 12.01.2026 as passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33861 of 2025.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25846 of 2026(2) dt.24-04-2026 2/2 Accordingly, surrender time of the petitioner is further extended for two weeks and as such petitioner is now directed to surrender before the learned trial court/concerned court within two weeks i.e. on or before 8th May, 2026. Conditions, as imposed upon the petitioner, shall remain the unchanged.

5. Accordingly, the modification application stands disposed of.
