In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- "That through the present writ application, the petitioner seeks a direction/directions from this Hon'ble Court to all the respondents in general and, to the respondents No. 03 and 04 in particular to pay the amounts of salary of the petitioner for his duty periods from 01.02.2006 to 21.04.2007 and from 06.03.2013 to 31.08.2018 i.e. due to the respondents for more than three years despite his several representations furnished to the competent authorities. Due to no response of the representations and the non-payment of the arrears of the salary, and has preferred this application to

3. Undisputedly, the concerned authority has already taken a decision in respect of fixation of pay and pension of the petitioner. In the absence of challenge to the fixation of pay and pension, the petitioner is not entitled for a direction to consider his representations. Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed reserving liberty to the petitioner to question the validity of the decision of the concerned respondents in so far as re-fixation of pay and pension to the extent in what manner such fixation is wrong.
