This application has been filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. against the order dated 11.03.2013 passed in Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 306 of 2012, whereunder the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga took the cognizance of the offence punishable under Sections 498A, 341, 323, 354, 379 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 / 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. On going through the impugned order I find no illegality to interfere with the same in extraordinary jurisdiction under Section 482 Cr.P.C. and accordingly the present application is dismissed (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) manish/- U T
