In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Ariyari (Kasar) P.S. Case No.205 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 324, 307, 448 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently added Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the accused persons including the petitioners is to have entered into the house of the informant with bad intention and tried to take away her daughter and later on they have assaulted with sword on the temporal region of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23197 of 2019(2) dt.11-04-2019 2/2 girl, who later on died.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioners surrender before the Court below within four weeks from today and pray for regular bail, the Court below will consider the same and pass appropriate order without being influenced by the order of this Court.
