After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ application with liberty to the petitioner to file a statutory appeal under Section 67(1) and 67(2) of the Bihar Mineral (Concession, Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation & Storage) Rules, 2019 and if the petitioner files the appeal within a period of four weeks, the Appellate Authority is directed to
