The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
It is contended on behalf of the petitioners that so far allegation of firing and assault by axe is concerned, that is against the co-accused, Baliram Singh and Bablu Singh. Allegation against the petitioner no.1 is that he along with others has snatched gold chain, ear ring etc. from the informant. It is contended that such allegation is merely ornamental in nature. So far petitioner no.2 is concerned, allegation is that he also came

Cause of dispute is petty in nature regarding irrigation of the land and it is contended that petitioners are having clean antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, namely, Parmanand Singh and Pawan Singh be released on bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in Hisua P.S. Case No. 224/2015, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000 (Ten Thousand Rupees) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Nawada subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
However, before accepting the bail bonds, the court below would make verification regarding criminal antecedent of the petitioners and if they are found to be involved in any criminal case prior to filing of affidavit in this application, i.e., 20.07.2016, then they or any of them who are involved, would be taken in custody.
