The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Belhar P. S. Case No. 75 of 2013 registered under Sections 436, 429, 307, 504, 506 and 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with 3(1)(ii)(v)(x)(xv) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. Regard being had to the offence alleged under Sections 3(1)(ii)(v)(x)(xv) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, the present application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal
