The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Patepur (Vaishali) P.S.Case No.75 of 2016 pending in the Court of ACJM-X, Vaishali at Hajipur registered for an offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 504, 307, 506 and 302 of the IPC.

As per the written report allegation is that this petitioner along with ten others came at the door of informant. They abused the informant and when the informant raised protest, accuseds started assaulting him. The father of the informant came for his rescue whereupon co-accused Baijnath Mandal gave farsa blow on his head causing grievous injuries. The accused persons further took away wrist watch and cash amount of Rs.500/- from his

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31072 of 2017 (2) dt.12-07-2017 2/2 house. All the accused persons including petitioner belongs to one family and a land dispute is also going on since before. Considering the allegation of assault by this petitioner along with other co-accused causing death of the father of the informant, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail.
