2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case is squarely covered from the order dated 03.10.2018 passed in CWJC No.252 of 2018. Counsel submits that his case is squarely covered under the said decision. Counsel further submits that the same issue is before the larger Bench vide order dated 27.02.2023 passed in CWJC No.8968 of 2019.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the respondent authority may be directed to look into the same and if the petitioner's case is covered under the said judgment then relief may be given.

4. In this background, this writ petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to represent before the

4/4 concerned authority and he is directed to consider the representation in the light of larger Bench decision of CWJC No.8968 of 2019.
