C.W.J.C. No.7502 of 2023 At the very outset, learned counsel for the Purnia University submits that there is a provision of appeal before the (iii) "Appellate Authority" means, the District Appellate Authority constituted at the District level and the State Appellate Authority constituted at the State level, under the provisions of these rules. (ix) " Aided/Permission for establishment/Recognised Secondary and Senior Secondary School" means, such schools which is aided by the Government, and being governed by any management Committee/Governing Body/Trust/Municipal body/ Ad hoc Committee. There is remedy of appeal before the District Appellate Authority.

In such view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to file an appeal within 30 days and the appellate authority is directed to pass a reasoned and speaking order after hearing the parties

With the aforesaid direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
