The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is that the Vigilance / Complain Case lodged on the

Patna High Court CWJC No.9677 of 2020(4) dt.20-09-2021 2/2 basis of complaint made by the petitioner is pending since long and the same has not been disposed of in accordance with law by the Executive Officer, Nagar Parishad Danapur Nijamat, Takiyapar, Danapur / Respondent No. 4.

Mr. Sunil Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 4 & 5 referring to para-4 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent nos. 4 and 5 submits that Vigilance / Complain Case No. 5 of 2019 shall be disposed of within a period of four weeks and final order will be passed in accordance with law within the aforesaid time. In view of the specific statement made by respondent nos. - 4 & 5, the present writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. - 4 i.e. Executive Officer, Nagar Parishad Danapur Nijamat, Takiyapar, Danapur to decide the Vigilance / Complain Case No. 05 of 2019 one way or the other within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order.
