The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 354B and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.
As per the prosecution case, 35 named persons including petitioners are alleged to have entered into the house of informant looted belongings, misbehaved and assaulted the female members of the family of informant. It is further alleged

It is submitted that allegation of exploding bomb, firing and assault is general and omnibus. As a matter of fact, on the eve of marriage of daughter of one Mohan Singh crackers were exploded by the accused persons due to which casual altercation took place between the parties. There is case and counter case. Injuries sustained by the injured are simple in nature. Petitioners claim clean antecedents.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 282 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
