3. The present petition has been preferred for the restoration of M.A. No. 1128 of 2017 (Mrs. ILA versus Lts. Col. Sanjeev Kumar) which stood dismissed for default on 18.03.2025 due to non-appearance.

4. For the reasons assigned in paragraph no.7, the MJC No. 1278 of 2025 is allowed subject to payment of

Patna High Court MJC No.1278 of 2025(3) dt.18-03-2026 2/2 Rs.1,000/- to the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee and service of copy to the learned counsel for the sole opposite party.

5. Accordingly, M.A. No. 1128 of 2017 is restored to its original file.
