2. The present contempt application has been filed asserting the non compliance of the order dated 14.05.2010 passed in C.W.J.C. No.8520 of 2010.

3. Learned AC to GP-11, appearing on behalf of the State, submits that in compliance of the order dated 14.05.2010 passed in C.W.J.C. No.8520 of 2010, which is under contempt, all the retrial dues have been paid to the petitioner, which would appear from paragraphs-3, 4 and 5 of the second supplementary show cause dated 12.09.2014 filed on behalf of the opposite party no.2, and now nothing remains to be paid to the petitioner. As such, the order under

Patna High Court MJC No.2227 of 2011 dt.30-03-2015 2/2 contempt has been complied with by the concerned opposite party(s).

4. Since the order under contempt has been complied with by the concerned opposite party(s), as appears from paragraphs-3, 4 and 5 of the second supplementary show cause dated 12.09.2014 filed on behalf of the opposite party no.2, no further action is required to be taken against the concerned opposite party(s). Accordingly, this contempt application stands disposed of.
