He further submits that the present application may also be disposed of in similar terms.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-University does not have any objection to such submission.

Accordingly, this application is disposed of with a direction that if the petitioner files a representation within four weeks, the authorities shall dispose it of by a reasoned order within six weeks thereafter, in terms of this Court's order, dated 18.12.2014, passed in CWJC No. 10184 of 2011.
