2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in the present case registered for offences under Sections 498A, 323, 494, 504, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have tortured his wife.

4. From the complaint itself it appears that the son of the petitioner is staying with the father. It appears to be a case of failed marriage.

5. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the law laid down by the Hon'ble

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27176 of 2024(2) dt.01-05-2024 2/2 Supreme Court in the case of Arnesh Kumar Vs State of Bihar; (2014) 8 SCC 273, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Nawada/concerned court below in connection with Complaint Case No. 654 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
