JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-07-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to determine and revise pay of the late husband of the petitioner in the pay scale of Jail Superintendent and issue consequential orders. The Principal Secretary, Government of Bihar by an order dated 11.09.2008 has already rejected the case of the petitioner on the ground that since the husband of the petitioner was never promoted to the post of Jail Superintendent, he cannot be granted the pay scale of the post of Jail Superintendent.

In view of the aforesaid, there is no merit in the
