19-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional P.P.

The petitioner seeks quashing of F.I.R. of Natwar P.S.Case No. 20/2012 against him lodged by the informant, who has stated that he and other accused persons in retaliation to the F.I.R. bearing Dinara P.S.Case No. 190/2011 lodged by his wife Manju Devi, who is Headmistress of Middle School Karanj against the Mukhiya of village- Karanj and who happens to be own brother, where by allegation of rangdari and snatching has been alleged.

From the order sheet dated 30.05.2012 in the aforesaid Natwar P.S. 20/2012, it appears that charge sheet has already been submitted against the petitioner and other accused persons and cognizance under sections 341, 323, 379, 386, 387, 397/34 of the I.P.C. has also been taken against them.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50264 of 2012 (2) dt.19-05-2015 2/2 Be that as it may, no case of coercion of Natwar P.S. Case No. 20/12 is made out. However, the petitioner is at liberty to raise all these points at the time of framing of charge. This application is, accordingly, disposed of. (Nilu Agrawal, J) Sudha/- U T
