2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 332, 333, 353, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted the informant and other forest officials while they were carrying sand loaded tractors to forest office.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case only on suspicion. There is no specific allegation of assault against the petitioner.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail application and submits that there is specific allegation that this petitioner along with other accused persons assaulted the informant and other forest officials as a result of which they
