The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 420, 406 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation has been made by the informant that petitioners have approached for the purposes of taking Patta of fishing whereupon all persons have given Rs.3,000/- each including the petitioners. When they have gone for fishing objection was raised by Nirmala Devi claiming that Patta is antedated and forged one led to filing of the present case. Petitioners are ready to return Rs.3,000/- to the

In such view of the matter, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let petitioners, namely, Balmiki Sahni, Ashok Kumar Nishad and Mogal Sahni, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, In-charge, Begusarai in connection with Neema Chandpura P.S. Case No.17 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
