The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Barauli (Madhopur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 468 of 2022 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 324, 325, 326, 302, 447, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to land dispute. Further submission is that the doctor during the treatment of the victim, namely, Baby Kumari has found only one simple wound on her forehead, as contained in Annexure-3 to the bail petition. It is

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate-I, Gopalganj in connection with Barauli (Madhopur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 468 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
