The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with K. Hat (Madhubani) P.S. Case No. 384 of 3017 registered under Sections 363/366A of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the F.I.R. is lodged after two months of the alleged occurrence. Further submission is that the victim aged about 18 years in her statement recorded under section 164 Cr. P.C. clearly stated that she left the house herself and went to meet her husband (petitioner). Her maternal uncle has falsely implicated this petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.45367 of 2017 (3) dt.14-11-2017 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Purnia in connection with K. Hat (Madhubani) P.S. Case No. 384 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shailendra/- U T
