2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Pupri P.S.Case No.261 of 2016 pending in the Court of CJM, Sitamarhi registered for an offence under Section 363, 302, 201 and 120B/34 of the IPC.

3. The informant of this case is widow of deceased. In the written report she has stated that her husband after taking dinner in the night at about 8 P.M. on 02.11.2016 he went outside and after half an hour when he did not return, she started searching but in vain. Thereafter, she submitted written report on the basis of which the present case was registered for the offence under Section 363 of the IPC. The dead body of the deceased was recovered and accordingly Section 302, 201 and 120B/34 of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39809 of 2017 (3) dt.17-10-2017 2/2 IPC were added.

4. It appears that one of the son of the deceased who was residing at Mumbai in connection with his business came at village. He has alleged that his father had cattle business and he had earned handsome amount to the tune of Rs.2-3 lacks. His father was earning money also from his landed property. He had deposited money in Sahara India and banks. His mother and brothers used to abuse and assault his father and he has suspicion that his father has been murdered for the said money and properties and investigation is going on.

5. Considering the allegation of complicity of this petitioner in above crime, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. His prayer of anticipatory bail is therefore rejected.
