Petitioner has filed this petition for cancellation of bail granted to the opposite party no.2 vide order dated 9.9.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 39209/2015 in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case no. 254/2014 on the ground that opposite party no.2 and his supporters are giving threatening to prosecution witnesses. There is nothing on record to show that any threat was given by opposite party no.2 to the prosecution witnesses. Moreover, if any threatening is being given by opposite party no.2 and his supporters to the prosecution witnesses, petitioner may raise his complain before trial court by filing written petition and if the petitioner does so, trial court shall pass appropriate order after

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54890 of 2015 (2) dt.17-02-2016 proper enquiry.

In view of the aforesaid observations, this cancellation petition stands disposed of.
