====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DR. ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 25-04-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It has been submitted by learned senior counsel for the petitioner that the previous Investigating Officer as well as the present Investigating Officer had submitted a report to the

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.747 of 2021(4) dt.25-04-2023 2/2 I.G. relating to the case, but even then the final report under Section 173 (2) of Cr.P.C. has not been submitted in this case. In this background, petitioner is directed to file representation before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Gaya in the light of order passed in in the case of Surendra Singh Vs. State of Bihar and others on 09.09.2022 in Cr. W.J.C. No. 153 of 2017 with analogous cases with all the documents which have annexed alongwith the writ petition within four weeks from the date of passing of this order.

The Senior Superintendent of Police, Gaya is directed to take necessary action within 60 days from the date of receiving of representation filed by the petitioner discussing and considering the documents which the petitioner has annexed in the writ petition.

With the aforesaid direction, the present Cr. Writ Petition is hereby disposed off.
