That this writ petition is being filed for issuance of an appropriate Writ/Writs, order/order, direction/directions to the Respondents to remove the encroachment over the Rasta situated at Nagar Para (South) Gram Panchayat, Village Nagar Para P.S Bhawanipur under Narayanpur Circle in the district of Bhagalpur. The said encroachment over the Survey Plot No. 2843, Khesra No. 2931 as aforesaid land in question Gair Mazarua land of the Government of Bihar and take action against the person who encroached the land."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
