The petitioner seeks bail in Rajpur P. S. Case No. 223 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 406,420,467,468 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that there is no allegation against this petitioner of having received any amount. Learned counsel further submits that from the written report itself it appears that petitioner had given money for illegal gain.

In the written report, it is alleged that petitioner induced the informant to make payment of Rs. 5 lakh to this petitioner for getting job in the Railway who went with money to the house of Ram Prakash Singh Mourya .

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23415 of 2019(2) dt.11-04-2019 2/2 Learned counsel submits that this petitioner is son-inlaw of Ram Prakash Singh Mourya . It is mentioned in para 9 of the bail petition that money has been paid to Ram Prakash Singh and the petitioner has been implicated in this case only because he is son-in-law of said Ram Prakash Singh. Petitioner is in custody since 15.2.2019.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M. Buxar, in connection with Rajpur P. S. Case No. 223 of 2018 subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) shyambihari/- U
