JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-04-2019 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jagdishpur P.S.Case No. 460 of 2018 registered under Sections 323,324,325,307,341,504 and 506/34 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation against the petitioners, who happens to be father-in-law and brother-in-law of the informant of assaulting by rod.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case as they made complaint to the informant about the ill-treatment to the daughter of the petitioner no. 1 and moreover, injury is simple in nature.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and

No.22291 of 2019(2) dt.10-04-2019 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, abovenamed, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Bhagalpur in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 460 of 2018; subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
