No. 4066 of 2013, which stood dismissed due to non-compliance of peremptory order dated 05-03-2014. After hearing and considering the ground set forth in the petition, same is allowed.

Let M.J.C. No. 4066 of 2013 be restored to its original file, provided the order dated 05-03-2014 passed in M.J.C. No. 4066 of 2013 is complied with by 24th of June, 2016, failing which, the M.J.C. No. 4066 of 2013 shall stand dismissed without further reference to the bench.
