2. This Cr. Misc. petition has been filed to cancel the bail of the O.P. No. 2 which was granted by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, West Muzaffarpur vide order dated 21.12.2023 in B.P. No. 1892 of 2023, arising out of Complaint Case No. 1858 of 2018, T.R. No. 3798 of 2022.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to file petition in the learned Trial Court for mediation in this case.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
