This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Jhajha P.S. Case No.85 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under sections 448, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim with iron rod. He is in custody since 25.01.2025. 4.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner, this bail application is allowed. 5.
