The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Mehandiganj P.S. Case No. 57 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307 and 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the nature of allegation made in the FIR and the injuries sustained by the informant for which he was taken to emergency ward in Nalanda Medical College and Hospital, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is

In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
