Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State through video conferencing. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 325, 308, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Forbesganj P.S.Case No. 554 of 2020.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is case and counter case and both sides have sustained injuries.

The specific allegation against the petitioner is that he

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35006 of 2021(2) dt.02-02-2022 2/2 assaulted Vinayak Yadav. As per the injury report, the injury no.2 on the hand (wrist) of Vinayak Yadav was found grievous in nature.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, it does not appear to be a fit case for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time as provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
