JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-12-2022 It is submitted that on 14.11.2022 following order was passed in this case:- "Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 34 of the IPC.
As there is specific allegation of assault against petitioner no. 1 as such prayer for bail of the petitioner no.1 is refused with direction to the petitioner to surrender and seek regular bail, which would be disposed of on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order. There is no allegation of committing overt act against petitioner no. 2 as such in the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner no. 2, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Siwan in connection with
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24808 of 2022(4) dt.16-12-2022 2/2 Basantpur P.S. Case No. 41/2022 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure." but due to typographical error in the cause title name of petitioner No.2 could not be mentioned.
Let the aforesaid error be corrected.
