JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 27-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent nos. 3 and 4.

Though a stand has been taken in the counter affidavit that certain TDS returns were not deposited by the petitioner, learned counsel for the State, on instruction, submitted that the same would not be required as copy of the income-tax return has been filed on behalf of the petitioner. He also submits that obviously, the matter of the petitioner has remained pending for long, thus, he assures that every step would be taken for expeditious disposal of his application for grant of arm licence.

Having regard to the aforementioned facts and
