ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 29-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 2005 (C) of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 498A, 323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is now willing to take the opposite party no.2 to her matrimonial house to restore the family harmony. It is further submitted that opposite party no.2 is adamant and not ready and

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned SubJudge-VIII, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No. 2005 (C) of 2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
