The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Kadirganj P.S. Case No. 76 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 325, 307, 379 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. In the whole case diary also, nothing has come against her.
