2. This application has been filed for quashing the FIR bearing Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 178 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has pressed this application mainly relying on the application filed by the informant saying that the informant has filed the present FIR because of previous enmity.

4. In the opinion of this Court, it appears that the petitioner is tampering with the evidence.

5. The investigation is going on and I am not inclined to quash the present FIR because of the application filed by the informant.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

7. The Police is directed to conclude the investigation at the earliest, preferably within six months from today.

8. The status report of the case produced by Mr. Arvind Ujjawal is taken on record.
